"Right to Health Care".
By history of the "Right to Health Care" we mean the history of
the concept. If you are looking for the history of this human right being

Why do we call for the "Right to Health Care" rather than the "Right to Health" (as some other projects do)?
In the latter two of these four we present material on
the Right to Education, which we hold to be a historical precedent both with
respect to the history of acknowledgement and enactment and with respect to the
social debate which took place prior to its widespread acceptance as a right for
all Americans.
